Our single window system – www.invest.mp.gov.in – we offer a varied portfolio of services including, allotment of industrial land, building permission, water connection, electricity connection, consent to establish, consent to operate, registration & renewal of factory license, amongst others. Additionally, an online questionnaire is available through which an investor can obtain information about key approvals applicable for starting operations in the state.
Land availability is one of the key factors for setting up of an industrial unit. In Madhya Pradesh, you can choose from 25,000 hectares of Government land bank or private land. Government land in available in three categories:
1. Developed Land
2. Developing Land
3. Raw Land/ Undeveloped Land
The Department of Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion of GoMP develops industrial land through Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (AKVNs). Developed areas of AKVNs have all basic infrastructure facilities for industries. Developed/ developing Government land in industrial areas of Madhya Pradesh can be viewed and booked through GIS (Geographical Information System)
